The Monocle is the ideal classic track bike made for the velodrome.  We designed the bike to meet the rigors of track racing while still holding onto the classic lines of track bikes of yesteryear.  Oversized chainstays, bi-ovalized downtube and a slightly compact geometry make the bike stiff for the sprinters and low enough in the front for swapping bars for pursuit.  No brake drillings mean we have to say the bike is for track use only, so if you want to take it on the street you better up your insurance policy.
