Baron Outsider Rain Bike

Baron’s first offering is the Outsider – the most important tool for any serious cyclist. The race bike may be where you show off all the work you did all winter, but the bike that gets you there deserves just as much attention. It has to be a bike that rides smoothly, yet is still responsive and light. The reality is that you spend far more time on your rain bike than your race bike, so why should you suffer with the harsh ride of that cheap, creaky aluminum frame? And how about those rim brakes? Do you run through pads every month? Grind out your rims? Is stopping on a downhill a matter of faith? The Baron Outsider solves all these problems with disc brakes on a classy TrueTemper OX Platinum steel frame built by hand right here in Washington State.
This bike will feel similar to the race geometry you compete on and is not a poor handling cyclocross or dumbed-down “comfort touring” bike. You’ve probably heard the phrase “the feel of steel”: there’s truth to that statement; a steel frame really does smooth out the ride to give you all day comfort for tapping out those long training rides. The specs for the bike build options are here, and for those who train with power, we are offering a PowerTap 2.4 Wireless Disc upgrade package that will turn the bike into the ULTIMATE TRAINING MACHINE (yes!).
Baron has focused on bringing our customers a component package that represents the best balance of value, quality, and weight savings. Of course if you want something a little different we’re happy to work with you to customize the bike to meet your specific needs.
Baron F. Nightingale Cross Bike

No - we aren't talking about an upright old-man's cross bike ("versitile for on and off road"). Those bikes sorta blow. This is Cross PNW Style. The most fun you can have in the mud on two wheels and we had to be a part of that. Just watch out for those damn barriers.
There is a fleet of shitty Aluminum frames at the races, but they aren't popular because they ride nice - they're popular because you can build a shite Aluminum frame and get them a container at a time from China for $120 a pop. A quality, light Steel machine makes all the difference 30 minutes into the race when your back starts to talk to you. The F. Nightingale lets you keep putting out the power and pushing it all the way to the line.
Baron Whip Racer

The Whip Racer is the latest addition to the Baron line. Fast, light, and it rides like a dream. Top of the line Tru Temper S3 Tubing paired to an Alpha-Q carbon fork. The bike is responsive when climbing or in a sprint, but feels like it's an extention of your body when you are carving through the corners.
We trimmed out our first build with Shimano Di2 Electric Shifting system. Nothing but the best for the best steel race bike you can buy in Seattle.
